Creating top notch models using Zscripting only?

Hi everyone and I'm new to this forums.

I'm very good at programming and I have very strong foundation in it.
I am looking to create top of the line models using Zscripting only? -http://mattinian.com/ceco/ZbuilderZbrush.html

Is this possible? If yes, then how can I do it?

those are all handmade, the only thing you could do is script the interface for the blends between different meshes
