Environment modular assets - sewers [UE4]

Hey, I'm more of a lurker but decided to post on the forums, because I think feedback will be very valuable in the process of learning for me.

I am creating assets for a game that I'm working on, and I'm currently trying to learn to make modular assets properly. Please don't expect anything of super-high quality, I'm posting here to learn, so I expect harsh critique, and tips how to improve my work.

Feel free to tell me that the meshes are messed up (I'm still learning to do that properly).

For the first couple of posts I will be focusing on models, and models only. I will start working on Unwrapping/Texturing when I'm (more or less) satisfied with my models.

Any tips are greaty appreciated. If you spot something odd about my workflow - please tell me. Please keep in mind this is the first time I'm working on this kind of stuff, and I would like to keep the environments quite simple. I'm worried that I either keep the assets too poly heavy, or too basic. Any critique is welcome!

The "Cage" for the lamp is a separate object, is this allowed at all or is it bad practice?
