I have the Huion H610 pro and it works great. Only problem I have is that I can't span both monitors with the drivers. Also it took a while to get the drivers to work.
I don't know about the 1060 but the h610 is great. I'm actually selling my wacom intuos 4 large because the huion is good enough for me. Wacom intuos 4 and newer do have better build quality. But then again the USB ports are very prone to breaking so they're not perfect. And you can't beat that price!
Also works fine in zbrush, that's the main thing I use my tablet for these days.
Hmm i ask because 1060version is 5 buck more but as on comments i see its much better then 1060i think i will buy h610 can u tell me how is it working on paint ?
Works just as well as a wacom in any app and costs about the same as just the pen. There's no pen tilt, but I don't think anyone uses that anyway? Also the drawing surface isn't quite as nice as the intuos 4+, it's quite rough and plastic-y. And the pen feels a bit flimsy in comparison. Also there's no eraser on top of the pen which is slightly annoying.
