Hello,
i want to know, hows the workflow and how i can get my subdivisions back in zbrush, if i used mudbox to polypaint?
For example:
Build in zbrush a model, with 4 subdivions.
Now i export the model on subdivision 4 as a OBJ to mudbox and paint on it.
If i am ready, i will export the painted obj to zbrush again, but i have lost all of my subdivision levels , right?

why do you have to go back.?
just go strait to render or to your game engine...
or just import the texures back... no need to bring the geo back cause it should be the same as bevore...
and there is no polypaint in mudbox... only uvs and ptex...
and zbrush cant read ptex...
