Max loop tools in maya?

Is there a script or function in maya that can do this? It's basically the space loop tools in MAX.

can't find this feature in maya, or I don't know the proper google keywords for it.

i think the zen tools for maya are able to do that...

"Edit Edge Flow" is as close as it gets. It pretty much only works sufficiently with single loops though (you have to apply it many times for multiple loops and it will mess up the flow most likely):
