Okay, this is not really a big deal.
But I would like you guys to share some common but useful technique in sculpting

I want to elevate the area circled in red but seems like this one simple problem is a bit "hard"

What I tried :
Used standard brush to elevate it ( Nope, I want it to be uniformly elevated )
Transpose brush is not really effective in this case imo
