IN PROGRESS: Having trouble with DDO and ColorID maps

Hi!
So I've been using DDO for a few months now and I love it.

Lately though I'm running in some trouble with the ColorID maps.
Bear in mind I always use PNGs with only solid colors and no transparency.

Basically what I do is create my map and sometimes DDO doesn't see a color (or it does see it, but doesn't take it into account, it's "empty in its file").
Sometimes I just need to change the color and reload the map and it works, sometimes it sees that color, but loses another.

In the last hour or so I've been trying to make DDO see a material that it saw yesterday, but it's not seeing anymore and I'm wasting a lot of time.
This also happened last week (with another project), but I thought it was because there were too many colors, but in here I only have 5.

Image 1: my png (notice the light blue color)
Image 2: the available colors in DDO, there's a duplicate red, but it doesn't see the light blue)
Image 3: DDO generated ID file, as you can see the light blue is empty

Since I mostly work on 1-material meshes it's fundamental for me to have all the different colors available and separate.
DDO has completely changed my working-life and it's an amazing tool, I would really like to get rid of this one time-wasting problem.

Thanks!
