wrinkle map in tool bag 2?

I'm trying to find out if it is possible to have a wrinkle map inside of tool bag 2. I am working on a model right now, and am wanting to try out wrinkle maps on it. Since toolbag2 does not have the ability to use animations, if I import a model already in the pose, that is implementing a wrinkle map. When I import the model into toolbag2, and apply the shader, will the wrinkle map still be applied? Or will it just be the standard normal map? Or would I just have to have 2 separate shaders, one for one pose and one for the other?

I have not made the wrinkle map yet, because I don't want to spend time on something that won't work.
