Texture allignment problem..

I have some modular pieces and I been working on the texture for some of them, but I ran into a problem where the texture doesn't seem to align when I am using the parts, the screenshot I linked shows the UVSs, it seems like it aligns fine in the UV view, the only thing I thought it might be in because I have divided the models for vertex painting when I take it into unreal, anyway hope that made sense any help would be appreciated!

    It looks like there are two problems here. Firstly, the plain wall (without the door), is upside down (rotate UVs 180deg to fix this). Secondly, although the lines match up in the image, the UVs are offset, this will cause the texture to be offset when the two parts are next to each other. To fix this, move the island with the door to the right so the edges line up.
