Some crazy problems with Zbrush lighting

guys, i dont understand why is one of my sub-tools (composed of cloths and belts) not registering the lighting in Zbrush?

Maybe it is due to the material but i doubt it is due to materials.

    Are the cloth and belts a MatCap material? If so, these normally don't respond to lighting, as they're bitmaps with lighting baked in. Use regular materials instead.

    oh! i did know know that MatCaps are like that, i thought they are just like any other materials. thanks man! really appreciated it!

    Lighting can also be different from material to material, so you would have to set up lights on both. If you do so you should see the results you want when you do a render (shift + r)

    *EDIT* No wait thats so not true lol. It's just cause its a matcap like Razputin said. Still, rendering will reveal the changes you want.
