Decided a thread would be a good spot to consolidate most of my future work, and a great place to get as much feedback as possible (which will always be seriously appreciated). Thanks in advance for taking the time to check out my work.
Ok! Changed up the belt since the OG wasn't super functional. Detailed most of the metal bits, also adjusted the size of the sword as he looks like he can handle a bit more. A few more fixes and such but I'm more or less done with the modeling. Retopo time.
Love where the protruding bones are going, dude. Making the sword bigger was a good choice too, give him something big to toss around haha. I like my demonic dudes a little bit heavier but that's just personal preference, keep up the good work dude
So I basically tried to follow common edge flow ideas and every time I hit a spike that stuck out far enough, I just made a box around it and more or less extruded outwards. For the rest I just tried to match the shape - Hope its useful! ^^
Been working on my next project and I think the base is far enough to get some other eyes on it for some crits. Going to be making Samus Aran with pieces of her suit along the lines of the following concept art. Aiming for the folio with this one so any feedback will be greatly appreciated since this will be my first "full" female game art character. Anyways, on with it all!
Had some time to work on her a bit, finished most of the base bits for the zero suit. Decided to make her suit a blend of some of the concepts from my board. Going to start the armor, though I haven't really decided if I want to try some zbrush hard surface or just do it with box modeling... or both! O_o. If anyone out there has some suggestions on that, I'm all ears! (eyes?). As always, any feedback is appreciated.
Nice work you have here. The ears could use some love and the nose seems too long on the side view, the nostrils are meant to line up with the ear lobe and her wrists are too small. Other than that it's looking good!

OK, back in action. Blocked/made most of the floaty bits around her. Still have to figure out the foot, weapon, and some internal cushion parts. Though we are close now! I am however dreading her hair...O_o.
Everything looks solid dude! I would have made the same comment about the nose so no need to covee that. But everything else looks tight, can't wait to see the armor on her! Take care of that shoulder piece, if I recall correctly, Samus' shoulder pieces are very spherical and it looks like this one is starting to straighten out at the bottom. That may just be me though, I love circles lol. Keep up the amazong work dude!
O.K Finished up most of the HP armor, all of the smaller cuts and details I plan on doing in nDO. Adjusted minor stuff on her face and spent more time on her ear. Haven't decided if her hair is going to be cards or if I'm going to sculpt it though...:poly122:

Nice proportions, nice model. Its hard to judge without seeing the model completely. I am puzzled why you are showing it this way if you want feedback.

Not sure how you are going to fit the body in there but it sounds like you have a plan
At the mo the eyes look like they will fall out of the face, they might need more eyelid on the bottom. The ears from the front view are not shaped like that. The middle piece is not flush with the outer one I think.
Kanga : I had originally built the suit around a decimated version of her to make sure some of the closer parts would work. Though my plan for the final image is that some sections will be floating a bit farther from her body.

Take another look at the orbit of the eye area and around the eyeball, once you nail that you will level up
