Humanoid Robot (Help needed)

Hello. So I have this robot rig for a final, but its broken. It works when the master crtl is at 0,0,0 but when I move it, the wires no longer bend with the head. I think it's because the curves aren't parented correctly to the crtl as they stay at there original position. However when I parent it, it gets an awful double transform.. Can anyone offer some help? Ill include the file. Also have some renders if you would just like to critique the model, as that would help a lot too. Thanks.
