Don't pay "hundreds of dollars" (or anything at all really) to meet someone one on one.
On a side note, you probably want to avoid giving your threads click-bait titles. Simply write a summary of your OP as a title.
No problem, I am not a mod anyways so I can't tell for sure, but as a rule of thumb it's always best to be as clear as possible in thread titles. Good luck on your art journey man !
