I am aware that DDO has a feature that reads if a mesh has different combined groups and uses this to understand that the object has separate UVs and textures. However, I am running into a slight problem where DDO doesn't read the correct number of groups. I have combined meshes together in Maya so that the obj only has 2 groups of meshes. Within Maya I made sure to erase all history, Hypergraph data, and have renamed the 2 groups but still get additional grouping options.So it is requiring that I texture each mesh individually and then compile the final textures. Is there something that I'm missing?
