You are having a really nice growth man the progress is solid keep at it!. Maybe the first thing that I see weird are the hands that a bit big for the body.
I see improvements over the first faces you made but I highly suggest u smooth out the face and try again since theres a lot of problems with it, if u choose not to do so I made a quick paintover to show u what really needs to be worked on. I hope it helps.
I like the progression so far! I did a quick paintover on what could improve on the face. Thinks just seemed a bit muddy/bumpy in certain areas (which could use some smoothing) and some features could use a bit of adjustment to the proportions (nose and eyes) and refinement.
Not sure if you were going for a particular face but hope this helps
Updates on the character, as I had to show it more finished so had to jump to colours, still adjusting back and forth with ZBrush etc. Always trying to make her better! Further help is loved!
Man..... you guy's really helped Her to turn it around! I can't recall any thread ever where the artist has made such leaps to improvement in a single WIP.
Keep up the tenacity Wolves.... you've made outstanding progress with this WIP!
Fixed up the shape of the face a little and fixed some settings I didn't know existed for the hair and skin. And better lashes! Thank you guys, I still want to make it even better though!
Don't just look from angles you think look good. Look at it from different angles. Especially angles you don't think look as good. Also, don't let colors fool you. I'd still re-sculpt her clothing; especially the folds.
Tiny little update on the eyes today after analysing my own (tired) eyes. I'm still working through everything. Nothing is considered complete yet so photos are literally to show updates. I'll come back to everything slowly. Keep the critique coming! ♥
Her skin seems very saturated, almost "sun burned" looking. Could be that your subsurface is a bit too strong as it seems to be washing out your other textures (like the normals or spec). Also the image confused me in the beginning because I'm used to seeing "before and after" and not "after and before" lol, but other than that, its coming along nicely!
I was just scrolling through the thread and figured I'd put my two cents in here, I actually said the same thing to another user in a different thread here if you want to read my reply to them http://polycount.com/discussion/comment/2504057/#Comment_2504057
But to TL;DR This character has come a long way since the start so great work there and it was really good to see you went back and made adjustments based on the feedback. I think at this point you'd advance as a character modeller by taking the time to do studies once you finish this character. Take the time to pump out some portrait sculpts, only spending a day or two on each of them. I personally found this is how I progressed the most as a portrait artist. It looks like you haven't really studied anatomy thoroughly - which is 100% necessary if you want to do characters. So yeah, my main advice would be don't dedicate weeks to one character at this point since you're just getting into characters, you're slowing down your learning by doing this and kinda shooting yourself in the foot honestly. Study anatomy - bony landmarks, muscle forms, proportions. There are plenty of courses which teach it, Scott Eaton's Anatomy for artists is a phenomenal course for example. Do looots of study models. All in all this was a nice first character, keep up the good work! I also thought your Stitch model was very cute. Good luck!
Okay, I'm back on it. Reworking the body and fixing any previous errors so I can get her ready to be rigged. Clothes will be redone with Marvelous so missing for now.

Another little edit, things seem to go downhill before they go up with my updates.
Ignore the eyes, they're a placeholder in Zbrush.
