Freelance Concept Artist that can draw Fantasy\Anime themed concepts

We are looking for a freelance concept artist that can draw concepts in a fantasy\anime themed style and that can also provide art direction for a mobile game we are working on. At first only one character will be required and more will be needed as the game progresses. I will provide sample concepts\examples to give an idea of the look we are going for.
