This is my current project for my rigging class at UIW. It's a simple astronaut character I've named Clark, soon he'll be UV'ed, textured, rigged and ready to animate.

First thing - his face behind glass part is awful, sorry for say that but he just looks bad. Try to cut her from there and try to sculpt one in ZBrush you have plenty of tutorials for that soft.
Second - rings on legs near feets are not welded propably - and if they are please add there more geometry , because right now we can see every corner there, despite the fact that we should not.
Third and last - make his feet longer , even if it's stylized it shouldn't look that way.
