SOLVED: License problems
I've been trying to install The Suite into my PC that my work lets me barrow to take home, I used to have The DDo Suite installed on it but I uninstalled it because I wanted to make sure that my PC that I use at work still has a license so what I did was to buy my own copy to work at home but the problem is that after I intsall it it will ask me for my activation code, which I type in but it won't accept it because it still thinks that the PC is using the old serial number which is a commercial lisence and mine is a private license, it's really frustrating because your Company hasn't been able to help me, I've sent them screen grabs of the activation screen. The very first the numbers which are COM can not be replaced with the activation code that you guys sent me, which are FRE. Please help me!

Have you deactivated the old licenses? for ndo you do the following:

For DDO it is a bit different, you must load a project and then in the project pannel you see the same option. If you have done this, can you confirm that when you start the suite you ONLY see "Activation" or "Trial" as options?
