Heya, I really like where your going with this. My advice would be firstly to take your time, slow down and get the anatomy spot on before you move on. I find making sure the anatomy is perfect before I add to much else means I have a model that reads better in every way.
I think you should look at the skeletal structure and posture first. I did a small paintover, hope you dont mind. Also I would widen the shoulders a bit too.
Thats the first thing, and second you should look at is your muscle groups and "landmarks". Landmarks are the things that you can really see almost no matter how much fatty tissue exists on a person. Although females are very subtle they still have lots of landmarks. Although sometimes those landmarks can go from bumps to dips with a lot of fat on either sex of course.
If you focus on the landmarks like the Anterior Superior Iliac Spine (ASIS), the 10th rib, the patella, iliac crest, the great trochanter like you obviously have been already etc (im sure you can research more from here) you can then build up your muscle/skeletal structure, then add your fatty tissue as needed.
what i see:
-the top part of her boob, in the side view, is more blended towards the underneath of the arm. Remember, this is fatty tissue, not muscle.
-the ribs from her back. it looks like she has anorexia, with how clear they are.
-the head shape
-the head also looks a bit small to me?
-thicken the hands
-also, the hands look very male like. very bulky.
How old is she supposed to be? It might sell the character better if she's about the size of a secondary school student. Right now, she's reading more like a full grown adult in school clothes.
are you going for a very realistic character or slightly stylized?
i actually liked the slightly stylized look of your 2nd post but thats just me XD
but yea i agree with allknighter, the hands could use a bit more lovin, heres a cool turnaround for ref and i think this forum post might help for the rest of the body
keep up the good work!! and she def looks like a rebel student
Mmm i think the problems is that the finger tips are bigger than their "starting point". And play wirh the palm shape a bit - compared to fingers it's on the small side imo.
