Title says basically all, I baked the normal map with xnormal no special settings or such and the result looks kinda weird, any of you know the reason for this?
By using cage you mean just activating the tickbox under Low definition meshes "use cage" right? If yes, still doesn't work, do you have another idea what could cause such problem?

You need to create a cage before using it. In Xnormal go to 3d Viewer and extrude a cage, then save files. Look up tutorials on it on the official site of Xnormal.
If you have time, take a look at my very simple Normal Mapping Guide, the link in my signature. It should help you get oriented.
I wanted to make a cage, but my low poly and my high poly have two different sizes, when I import my high poly to maya, it's waaay bigger than my low poly. I don't know how to make them 100% euqal size..
Well there's you problem, you high poly and low poly need to be as close to the same size as possible for it to generate correctly. The highpoly and lowpoly should be overlappying on top of each other.
try scaling whichever one is larger by 100 in xnormal. sometimes when you goz with zbrush, it will change the scale of the mesh so when you export, it's not off from your low poly.
The result becomes even worse, when I do that..
My high poly is exported from zBrush and my low from 3D Coat, but I didn't changed the scale or anything.
I don't unterstand how can you make two objects 100% euqal size.
Pull both of the models into a 3D program and scale the lowpoly to fit the highpoly. They don't have to be 100% equal, but they should be pretty much the same size. When you export them make sure your transforms are zerod out.

Would be nice if a mod could close this thread here.
