Zbrush Issue (rotate + not sculpt)

Does anyone know why or how to fix this issue:
I can't seem to sculpt anything, (it just rotates around) Nothing is masked, the right subtool is selected, and I just have claytubes selected, (even move doesnt work(ie: B -> M -> V )

Make sure your RGB and Z Intensity values are set to 100, then redraw the tool back onto the document and enter edit mode again.
