- I think anything that is work-in-progress shouldn't be in your portfoilo. Only your best, finished art works should go onto your site; best piece shown first, second best shown last.
- Variety of presentation styles i.e.: lots of different sized images, lots of different coloured backgrounds, layout changes a lot.
- Generally art tests shouldn't be put on portfolios (or shared at all). Might be different in your case depending on companies policy, but in my opinion leave it off.
- Banner is uninteresting and the white colour letterboxes the rest of the page, which doesn't look nice.
- I'm not a fan of portfolio sites that have the website builder company name in them. Buying your own domain name doesn't cost a lot and looks more professional.
I think it may be worth thinking about what sorts of companies and platforms you'd like to work on are and adapt your portfolio accordingly.
Most companies working on consoles look for people who specialise in one main area, with other additional skills that support that. Generalist 3D artists tend to suit smaller studios (from what I gather anyway).
It seems your portfolio has some stronger work on it, but there's also quite a lot of work there that doesn't match that standard.
This may have come across as a bit harsh, but I was looking to make critique that will make for a much more appealing portfolio for yourself
Just some more specific feedback.
The biker final (posed model) game image should be the main focus of the breakdown and thumbnail. It looks the best and yet it's the smallest image. I wouldn't start the breakdown with the final game model in tpose since the posed model looks more interesting.
I am not a fan of the star frontier armor. The modeling is ok, but the overall presentation looks a bit washed out. I'd expect the armor to reflect more light, perhaps defining the materials a bit better.
The work quality in your portfolio is a bit inconsistent. I say this because you clearly have some great skills, but not everything has the same level of polish.
Specifically, everything in the "Environments / Props / Misc" looks fantastic. But not everything above it is the same quality (mainly some of the character work). Granted, this may be a presentation issue, since some of your characters look good, but the images that you've chose to highlight don't do them justice.

Thanks Again for taking time to give feedback
This is very lengthy, and I can't read It very well on my mobile because it's just the one block of text. Fix that.
