TOWER - Polycount Waterfall

I am not the proffesional in 3d, but I want to build something for this project.
Trying to make some sketch)
The main idea is the waterfall coming from polycount logo into the round 'magic' lake.
Around the lake is place for artists.
Also the will be a portal to home, because this place is where people come to talk with others and do work.
P.S. Don't have a lot of time for work because of studying, but will spare all my free time for this. Sorry if my english is bad)

After creating some variations of scene in 3d max, redraw the sketch
Now it look like magic forest or something like this)
