This is looking really great! Are you intending to give those big pilalrs with the green lines more detail, or perhaps darkening them a bit? In my opinion, they dont quite match the detail and finish the rest of the scene has.

Nice work ! But at the moment, the throne isn't really the center of attention. Because the whole area is blue, the only part that catches the eyes is the red lights just above the seat.
Try to create a contrast of some sort to frame the seat, for example brighter everything directly around to have a dark seat in the middle, or use colors to make it pop out...

I used RGB channels to put different maps in a single texture
Important! Use only "MeshEmit VertColor", not Vertex Color, in order to get alpha falloff and color grading in Unreal cascade.
