RIP: Monty Oum

Monty Oum passes away at the age of 33

I was so sad to hear about this. I never knew Mr. Oum personally, but I've been enjoying his work for years. Haloid, Dead Fantasy, and everything he put out for Rooster Teeth. (RWBY, and several spectacularly animated segments for Red vs. Blue) My consolences to all of his family and friends.

Monty was the reason I got into 3D. I was 14 when I seen his Haloid animation some 7 years ago at school and then this making of right after [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7toimyzpG4I[/ame]

Id rewatch his stuff a lot until I found some cg sites

Part of my drive was to shake his hand some day.
I hope he lived happily before he went.
