The arms are too short. Even in an elongated character the hands will be the first thumb joint level with the crotch. The waist looks too low and the model misses the (big upside down) pelvic triangle a bit. You could almost take the legs to above the belt and move everything up.

I personally think she is too tall, nearly 9 head for a woman is very very tall.
I also think the head is way too small, by fixing that you will be also helping the too tall issue quite a lot. It was said before but I believe the arms are a little short

uhm... I took her measure by her heel, so in fact she is a little lower than 9 heads. But yeah, she is very tall yet. Thanks

I'm taking all these notes for future project!!
That being said, with the animation, the floaty boob bounce looks like some DoA stuff. With that leather, armor, I'd think some quick jiggle would do the trick. Check out runway models if you don't have someone around to get down to their bra and panties and do a quick walk around.
