Zbrush, need help converting this mesh to a model for animation

I wana lower the polycount, add the normal map from the high-res, and put it in blender.
There are no UVs btw.
Any help? Mainly with the normal map.

Well since this is your high poly, you should probably Retopologize it:
http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/ReTopologyModeling
or you can just use your base mesh as the low poly (assuming you have a base mesh).
After that uv your low poly:
http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/Texture_Coordinates
I have no idea what part of the normal map confuses you. If it's just in general than:
