Unity Programmer Needed

We are in need of a Unity programmer for a 3D app based game. This project should take no more than 2 months to make. The art is being made now, we are just in search for a programmer. This is an endless runner based game with our own unique twists. Payment will be in lieu of ad/store revenue. We are looking for someone that will hop in and get the job done. The ideal candidate would have as follows
-Experience in programming 3D games in Unity
-Knowing how to set up visual effects and UI setup within Unity
-Knowledge of setting up an in game store and setting up ad's
-Willing to work hard and get the job done
-Able to communicate via Skype
The selected candidate will receive 15% of all monthly based revenue.
