Whenever I go to edit the masks on the layers I get this error. It's literally making the thing I just purchased unusable for when I got it for. Help please!
- Run the suite and PS as admin
- make sure all your input maps are flatened png´s without transparency
- try one of the sample projects from the wiki to rule out any problems with the inputs: http://quixel.se/usermanual/quixelsuite/doku.php?id=ddo_samples
Sorry to hijack this thread but I thought it would be easier to keep layer crash issues in one thread.
I'm having a similar problem that when I create a blank layer and try to enter the mask menu it just crashes, giving me this error: (It's different to the one above hence me posting it)
Hopefully this will help you guys at Quixel to narrow down the issue too
Sugus - no worries! Could you try one thing for me, download a sample project from the wiki and try if you get the same error, just to rule out any problems with the inputs!

Hey Hitjones, I've had this as well. Check out the task manager and kill QUIXEL.exe. Should be able to start again without restarting your PC.
Hitjones - Try running the suite and PS as admin, also make sure you don´t have any anti-virus blocking it!
