Need a Good Video Downloader

It's relevant because I normally download tutorials from youtube so I can watch them offline. But lately YTD Video Downloader hasn't been working with Youtube. And the timing is bad because Zbrush R7 just came out! And I'm gonna want to download dem vids!

(My Satellite internet limits my monthly use so I try not to load the same videos over and over)

What browser are you using?

Chrome and opera have a few extensions that'll add download buttons within the webpage

I'm using IE 11, but I could use Chrome or whatever. It doesn't matter. There are a lot of things that claim to download vids, but they are kind of shady so I'm looking for a recommendation on a safe one.

Offliberty stopped working for me for a time but its going again.
