need help character modeling

hello guys i need help in this character am working on when am sculpting i get an old man looking character but idk if this intended because to me he looks like he is in his 40 judging my his anatomy , here is the character sheet, thank you for your time

He's an old man. The posture and facial expression communicates mostly that he's an old man. Archtypical 40 year olds (ie. people who have 8 year old kids) don't hunch over that much usually.

the shapes don't quite match making it look like an old man unlike the picture. make the mesh transparent and match the shape more by applying the image in the background. Just keep working it towards the concept and it will look more and more like it.

Match the character silhouette, as tahakitan has stated. You're losing a lot of the character by not following the concept.
