Yes, I've tried that, but it doesn't work. I can work non-stop in DDO without problems but pretty much as soon as I update my progress to view it in 3DO it crashes, giving me that error.
One thing that occurs to me is that I use to have the product activated but then I reset my activation to use it on another computer. Right now when I check the program it doesn't say anyway that it is owned by me(like it use to in the options). I am not sure about that though.

Are you running the suite and PS as admin, otherwise I would suggest that as a first step!
-Make sure you have enough hard drive space left on C:
-Make sure your PS scratch disks are not full
