If my dad purchases a single-user license for me from his computer, am I able to install it on my computer? Or is it already tied to his computer at the time of the purchase? Thanks.

Even if he did, he could just deactivate it. But he wouldn't have to because iirc zbrush allows you to have two active devices at a time.
