I think you are on track but i've noticed a few things...the first one is that there is a lot of space between the clavicles, which is a problem because the top part of the pectoralis major originates from the clavicle, not below it. Male wise the trapezius may be too big, i am not so sure but even on very muscular people it's not that big.
The seratus is too short too, you mostly see 3 of them try to see the rib cage inside your model. This one is a good example:
You should definetely put the bony landmarks too, they are as important as the muscles, putting them in the start can help you figuring out where to put the muscles later, maybe it's just me but i can't see in both of your models having the Illiac Spine and Scapula landmarks.
