I would remove the "exp with" as it's too wishy-washy, not enough info to communicate your skill level. You don't need it there, IMHO.

Is this two alternate designs for the back? Which design for the front did you decide on?

I'm going with the dark blue for the front and either of these designs for the back. I can't remember who said so, but I like the idea of a dark side and a light side(insert Star Wars references now) now that I have a final design put together that looks good.

The light blue is really painful to look at. Literally. Great suggestions so far

It's definitely getting better. If you really want the light blue, make your AS much darker and all the text more bold.
