I'm thinking of purchasing DDO on its own and wanted to know if once i have activated it on my current machine, would i be able to activate it again on my new PC when i buy it next month? Thanks.

Yes you very much can! You can move the license as many times as you want, you only need to remember to deactivate it first by logging in to your account on the Quixel website. So you can absolutely move it to your new machine!
