The environment pieces look great! Good perspective and base values from what I can see, but the characters seem a bit off. I know they are stylized, but some things in the anatomy don't feel right. Like in the top and bottom character pieces, you wouldn't see such a strong indent from the eye socket like that. The cheek would flow more smoothly up the side of the face into the forehead.
The middle character has much of where his left cheek and jaw missing. Even stylized, you're cutting out part of their faces, makes it feel like either the perspective or anatomy is off.
Keep doing these! Lunchtimes are good times to make progress!
Yup! I really like the last characters, particularly the two on the left, the far right one looks like it could use something, maybe just more value differences, maybe a stronger silhouette?
Maybe shrink the head and arms down a bit to fit the shoulders and body on the right? They look a little inflated atm.
