IN PROGRESS: activation problem ndo

hello guys
i bought quixel suite on sale last year and its still not working. i contact the support but there is no solution for the problem.
i can activate ddo and ndo on my notebook. but only ddo on my computer. there is always the same problem popping up.
"Errors while registering with server. Retry, or if problems persist please contact customer service"
here are some facts about my computer and some tried solutions
1. photoshop cc is installed in german
2. turnd off firewall and virus scan to activate (wont work)
3. started as admin (wont work)
4. installed quixel on another hard drive (wont work)
5. deactivat suite on my notebook (wont work)
yup i think thats it so far. did i missed something what you want to know, ask straight ahead;) i would be one of the happiest human in the world if someone can fix this problem because it is getting on my nervs.

I think your problem here is the German PS, ndo is quite dependant on English PS. However I´m not sure this would cause problems in the registration phase already, could you PM me with the details for offline registering and I can sort it out for you!
