First of all sorry if this is in the wrong place I wouldn't be surprised if it is.
This uni semester I've set myself the task of learning as much about arms as possible. I want to do 30+ good quality sketches and then go into a zbrush sculpt of the bones, musculature and then a full arm.
Basically I wanna know what you guys would use for stuff like this. Whether it be posters you own or some tutorials that've particularly helped. Thanks

and this is one of the all time best resources for 3d character stuff i've come across. a bit less anatomy, but heavy on loops and articulation stuff.

and good ol Bridgman is great for learning the body as a mechanical structure..
