That's very common Tenshi, we have a ton of applications to get through and unfortunately there is just too many to reply to each person individually. I'm not really involved with the recruiting process btw.

Could you give an estimation of the time is may take at the moment for an application to be processed?
This would be helpful to get an idea of how long we can hope to hearing from Creative Assembly.

I wouldn't be comfortable giving a timeframe because I just don't know dude, we've had some people who have heard back within a week, others that have taken a couple of months. When I applied here, it was over 3 months before I heard back.

Hey Marks, I applied for the Character Art Trainee position a while back, any idea if that has been filled?

The site still has it listed, but also says that positions would be confirmed by July. The fact it took a while for you to hear back makes me not totally abandon hope, hehe.

I don't think so - at least we haven't had anyone actually start working on the team for that position yet. The last time I spoke to the character lead about recruitment he had like a million applications to go through, so I wouldn't be too surprised if its taking longer than expected.

@Marks, What usually is the recruitment process like within CA?, Is a final decision made after the interview??? Or would applicants be told at the end if there successful in the QA Area?

Good luck dude! You likely won't hear during the interview, chances are they'll get back to you within a short timeframe afterwards.

For the Trainee programs, they are listed to last form October to October; since it is already technically begun, is there any modification to that timeline?

I am a US resident so it would take time to transition, but I am definitely interested in the Animator or Technical artist trainee program.
