So I was thinking of creating something Japanese but I think it's a bit of everything, but mostly it's based on japanese shrines.

Still playing around with colors and scale.

Haven't had much time to work on this, but hopefully it will atleast get finished.

Nice block-in, I like the use of repeated circles and the one in the throne draws your eye especially if you keep the contrast in materials like wood and gold. Look forward to see this progress! Are you considering lighting it through the window to add a bit of drama?

haha well I usually tend to stay away from it :P as I think only Japanese style is a bit plain, and if I start mixing all Asian cultures and call it japanese I'll probably get lynched. So I'll play it safe and say it's fantasy asian .
