Hi Polycount. I will be posting my work in progress on the creation of a scene based on Jake and Finn's tree fort in Adventure Time. So far I have completed a small art test, just to get an idea of what style I would be aiming for. Also I have begun blocking out the scene. I found out afterwards that someone last year had a similar scene in progress, but it looks as though they did not finish it. I am going for a more painterly/cartoon look. 3DSMax, Zbrush, Photoshop and UDK3 used.
Feedback is appreciated.

I plan to next add the rest of the clutter, i.e the smaller models.
I agree, I will be adding more polys to that tree. Thanks for the feedback.
I have pretty much added in all the low poly models now. On to adding a proper ceiling and starting to do some high poly models.
I was going to start with doing the walls, ceilings and floor first, in terms of high poly and textures. Is this normally best? Or is it best to start with the props inside it first?
Thanks! I will start working on sculpting and textures, now. Updates will come soonish.
Moved everything over into UDK4, completed some Zbrush and texturing work. A reference image is also attached below.
Comments, critiques, suggestions all welcome.
More work completed on the wooden planks around the room. As seen in this reference image:
Tried to keep to similar colours but with added variations in colour and shape.
