THRONE ROOM King of Rock Yggdrassal

Hey all, I've decided to make my throne room for the rock'n'roll king, Elvis Presley.

Since I can't get images to show in the post... the 1st attachment is the throne concept and the 2nd one is just a base idea from playing around last night.

At first you had me confused with the Norse comment, but then remembered my name haha. I first started using that name many many years ago when I first started playing WoW and it stuck since then. The actual throne room won't have anything to do with Norse mythology.

Today's progress, nothing major, but better than nothing. I probably put too much effort into the mic (attachment 1) since it's such a small piece, but who knows what one of my three final shots will be. I'm undecided if I will keep the hassock or not (attachment 2). Everything is still just base meshes for now.

Only managed a base spotlight today. Can't wait for the weekend so I only have to compete with 1 job instead of 2 for free time.

Finally get some time to work on this and then get interrupted to shovel snow :whyme:
Anyway, small update with matrix lights, amps, and just an overall throne room shot.

Been awhile since my last update, a bit short on time so not much is different from the last post. Creating stuff for 2 different contests alongside 2 jobs and shoveling snow every couple of days isn't a good combination. I plan on changing the shape of the throne room a bit to stray away from just a long hallway to be a bit more rounded. For some reason the normal maps aren't working on the speakers so I'll definitely have to fix that.
