Aw crap, I was most excited about the Hand Painting course, but it turned out to be one already offered on 3DMotive, which I'm subscribed to XD
Ah, and yes, I can confirm that you pay the minimum average to get all four.
It even has it as one of the selectable options when paying to give that exact amount.

I did that hand painted texturing one long time ago, and i thought it was super helpful. Would recommend it to everyone.

They're bad reviews from people who paid $300. For under $10 you'll probably be a little more lenient on the limitations.
