Hi,
So well I'm really into Game of Thrones, but no, I'm not going for the Iron Throne!
Instead I'll go across the sea, to the slave masters city of Meereen, and to the top of its great pyramid.
The room and the throne itself are quite simple as you can see in the images, so I'm planning to maybe add some vegetation to give it a fresh look, and for the throne, I don't know, I guess I'll see down the road, but a simple throne or rather a not so ostentatious throne seems to be coherent for a "Breaker of Chains".
I'll be using Max, ZBrush, Photoshop, Substance Designer/Painter, and Unreal 4.

PS. -FP. I like GoT so I'm looking forward to seeing what's gonna come out of this. Good luck.
Did some tweaking to the blockout, still not feeling comfortable with it, we'll see tomorrow.
For more variation, I give the floor polygons different material elements and then I assign to these elements different substance instances with different seed value for the pattern masking.
These 4 tile patterns are entirely made using SD, not a single external image is used
Pattern system looks awesome too. It gives me some ideas of my own, thanks for sharing!
Forgot to mention that apparently you can't expose the random seed on the tile generators, you just get a global random seed when you publish the substance.
(Sorry for the horrendous audio, I don't know what's going on with my mic)
