Hi there and welcome!
Right now it's a little hard to comment on the model. Can we got some more views? what exactly is your intention for this? Is it a wall, smaller stones that you'd see laying around some ruins?

At the moment my initial feedback is that you have a lot of cracks going through the model. Generally you'd expect that when there are so many cracks going through stone, it would have some chunks missing out of it.

Thx for reply, btw its not for the game or portfolio just for personal improvement in 3d

Hi! If you want cracks in your stone I would make them deeper and run from one side to the other like in the picture below:



I would also try to play with color variation, like more brown-ish tones and lower the spec/glossiness. Hope that helps!
