THRONE ROOM - The Garden Throne - Programmer23

Hey guys, I have a little bit of free time so I might be able to participate in this contest.

I have a concept of this being the throne of the imaginary kingdom of a small child found in his/her backyard. The throne is was made by the child out of sticks and branches tied together.

Let me know what you guys think of the concept/ if you think it is worth the time doing I would really appreciate the feedback.

I wanted to get a start on this while I had nothing else to do so I started to make my throne. So far the texture is a wip and there are seams in the normal, and the whole chair is made with variations of a single stick. SO much to do, but this challenge is shaping up to be a fun one

Again, I would really appreciate any c&c on this!

little bit more work on the throne, now just to add some small details like nails or some duct tape, and add a little bit more variety in the wood, to really make it feel like it was a couple of kids with almost no idea what they are doing making this.

Off to a good start, but the one immediate thing that jumps out at me is that the rope holding the chair together. It looks extremely loose and maybe a little too thin, it's almost as if when somebody sits in it, it would move underneath them and collapse. But maybe that's just me!

I look forward to seeing how this progresses!

allright, I see exactly what you are talking about and I tried to "tighten up" the knots. The string is supposed to be twine, so i dont think the size is an issue. Besides, it is supposed to be being made by kids. With a strategic nail here and there, it should work.
