Not much to comment on at this point. I hope your able to meet your target. Is your aim to just model the scene in 1 and half weeks or have a complete scene though?
If you are planning to take this to a complete scene and you're looking to save time, don't bother with high polying anything. For this style and level of detail you can easily get away with doing all your normal detail in NDO2. Be sure to plan ahead when it comes to texturing and laying out your uvs. Reuse as much as possible.
How do you plan to rendering this? What engine will you be using if at all?
well It was mainly just to model the scene. but yeah, I could see this becoming a full project. If I do go trough with the full project it will most likely be UDK. (maybe UE4)

First time modeling a chair like that. really gave me a tough time. I need to revisit it, but I'd like to get the window and door done first.
