SOLVED: Quixel Suit - Help!!

So i got the Quixel suite yesterday, and only just got around to trying it out today. But when I open it, it shows the little button bar, with the
(NDO DDO / 3DO) buttons, but when i click the NDO button, it doesn't do anything it just clicks and that's it, and when clicking on the DDO button, it just crashes all together with an error message.
I tried
- backrolling the software, but it had the same result.
- restarting the program multiple times.
- as well as a complete reinstall of the software.

Would anybody be able to give me any assistance?
Also wondering whether it could be that I am using photoshop CS5.1 (64 bit),
is it compatible with this version?

Hi Tim!

I would suggesting trying:

-Make sure there are no anti virus software blocking the suite
-Make sure you are running a full english version of PS
-Make sure there are no non-alphanumerical characters in the install path to the suite
-Dont install the suite on a network drive

Let me know if these fix the problem!

Thanks, Whilst I was waiting for a reply, I tried running the program as administrator, and that seem to fix the issue so far, But thanks anyway, it's much obliged.

I actually forgot to mention that one, its the most common fix... Good you found it yourself

anybody have trouble with CS6 when they try to create a new project that it crashes?
