[PAID] Brightline Interactive seeking freelancers for future projects

Brightline Interactive designs, builds, and installs fun place-based digital experiences for national brands and agencies at sporting and entertainment events, mobile tours, retail
stores, and permanent display areas.

We're looking to expand our rolodex of freelancers who we can contact for work on future projects.

We are looking for exceptional work in the following areas:

All applicants must be willing to work on a contract basis, be extremely flexible with hours and perform well under pressure/tight deadlines. You should be able to show great competency, work well with others remotely, exceed standards, and provide top-notch quality and professionalism.

Modeling
3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, and/or Marvelous Designer
Hi-Poly Sculpts
Low-Poly retopology and bakes
Character Modeling/Sculpting - experience with scan technology

Texturing
All programs listed above.
Experience with Quixel (dDo, nDo, MegaScans) and Crazybump
Adobe Creative Suite
Efficient use of maps, PBR pipeline.

Shading
Utilize Unity3d for real-time rendering
Experience with Marmoset Skyshop, Shaderforge
Ability to construct advanced, optimized shaders for art
Experience with Sub-Surface Scattering, Hair and Fur, Hard Surface and Organics, Visual FX, Particles, etc.

Rigging
Experience with building rigs/skin in 3ds Max, Maya, Motionbuilder
Advanced techniques such as IK, FK, custom scripts, etc
Ability to pipe into Unity3d efficiently.
Make use of blend shapes, stress maps, muscle deformation.
Photo-realistic, real-time systems

Animation
Experience in 3ds Max, Maya, Motionbuilder
Make use of Motion Capture data
Retargeting, Mocap cleanup (Body and Face)
Work with Art efficiently, rigs and Unity3d
Visual FX, Simulations, Particle FX (both real-time and rendered)

Technical Designer
Need tech designer familiar with Unity3d environment
Ability to write custom scripts/packages for art.
Assemble animation trees, behaviors, logic
Develop custom shaders/scripts
Develop Unity3d systems specifically to help Art and Dev
Efficiently work with multiple departments
Kit bash multiple assets/plugins in Unity3d
